How often do you service and/or clean the pool?
For pools, weekly service is included. For Spas, bi-weekly service is include. Plus support if anything comes up.
Do you provide chemicals?
Yes, chemicals and balancing are included as part of normal maintenance.
How long does setup take?
Most installs are completed the same day, depending on yard access and plan.
What are the yard requirements?
To make sure setup goes smoothly, we typically need a flat, accessible area in the yard, a hose hookup nearby for fill/top-offs, and power access as required for equipment.
Is there a minimum length for a pool subscription
Currently we require at least a 2 month commitment.
What areas do you serve?
Currently we are offering our subscriptions in the East Valley area (Gilbert, Queen Creek, Chandler and San Tan Valley, AZ). If you're outside of these areas, reach out to our team and we can attempt to customize a subscription package for you.
Is delivery and setup included in the lease?
Absolutely! Our team handles delivery, "minimal" site preparation, and professional setup, so you don't have to lift a finger.
What happens at the end of my subscription?
At the end of your subscription, we offer the option to renew, upgrade, or schedule a breakdown and removal service.
What safety measures are included?
Safety is our priority. Our pools and spas come with safety covers or protective measures to ensure a secure environment for all users.
Can I cancel my subscription early?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription early, but please review our cancellation policy for any potential fees.
