Booking & Purchase Questions

How does renting from DadPool work?

Renting is simple. You choose your pool or spa size, select your subscription package, and then select how many months you want to rent it for. We handle delivery, professional setup, and removal at the end of your rental period.

How can I get pricing?

You can either get pricing through our reservation process or by using our pricing calculator.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during peak seasons. Availability is limited, and longer-term rentals are reserved first.

What is the minimum rental period?

DadPool rentals require a minimum rental period of two months. We do not provide daily, weekend, or holiday-only rentals. Our service is meant for families who want long-term enjoyment without owning the rental.

How long can I rent a pool or spa?

Pools can be rented for up to 5 months during the summer. Spas can be rented for 7 months during the fall, winter, and spring.

What areas do you serve?

DadPool serves East Valley communities. If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your location, just ask.

Do you offer event or daily pricing?

Delivery & Installation Questions

Do I need to prepare my yard before delivery?

No. DadPool takes care of site preparation for you. We handle light leveling and ground preparation as part of our installation process to ensure your pool or spa is safely and properly set up.

How long does setup take?

Most pool and spa installations take 2-3 hours, depending on yard conditions and the size of the rental.

Do I need to be home for delivery?

It is preferred to have an adult present for delivery and setup to confirm placement and review basic usage instructions.

Do you handle all installation?

Yes. DadPool handles delivery, ground preparation, light leveling, and full setup to ensure everything is secure and functioning properly.

Will installation damage my yard?

No. Our above ground pools and spas do not require digging or permanent alterations. Any light leveling is designed to be temporary and minimally invasive.

Is there a ladder included?

Yes, we will include a 4-step ladder to enter the pool

Is there a cover included

Yes, we will include a cover with every pool and spa rental.

Maintenance & Care During Your Rental

Do I need to clean the pool or spa?

No deep cleaning is required. We provide weekly cleaning for pools and bi-weekly cleaning for spas.

Do I need to add chemicals?

No, DadPool handles chemical balancing during weekly or bi-weekly maintenance. If additional emergency care is required, simply reach out to us.

What happens if the water becomes cloudy?

Contact us right away. We’ll guide you through next steps or schedule service if needed.

What if something stops working?

Call or text us immediately. Do not attempt repairs yourself.

Removal & Pickup Questions

What do I need to do before pickup?

Please remove personal items, toys, and debris from the pool or spa before our arrival.

Do I need to drain the pool or spa?

No. DadPool handles breakdown, drainage, and removal.

How long does removal take?

Most removals take 1-2 hours.

Do you repair the yard after removal?

Yes, we will do light repair to the yard to leave it in the same condition as before the rental.
