• Pricing: Prices, packages and promotions shown on the site can change at any time. Your price is the one in your written quote or rental agreement.

Availability: Pools, spas and installation dates are limited. Seeing a product on the site doesn’t mean it’s available for your dates.

Photos and descriptions: Images are for illustration. The equipment delivered to your home may look slightly different.

Estimates: Calculators, yard-fit checks and other tools on the site give estimates only. We confirm the details before you book.

3. Rentals and Reservations

Submitting a form or request through our website doesn’t reserve a pool or spa. Your reservation is confirmed only after you accept a quote or rental agreement and make the required payment.

Your rental agreement sets out the details of your rental, including payment terms, deposits, installation, maintenance, removal and any guarantee that applies. If anything in these Terms of Use conflicts with your rental agreement, your rental agreement controls.

4. Safety

Pools and spas need responsible adult supervision at all times, especially around children. DadPool delivers, installs and maintains the equipment, but supervising swimmers and using the pool or spa safely is the responsibility of the homeowner and the people using it. Please follow the guidance we provide and contact us right away if anything doesn’t look or work right.

5. Forms and Communications

When you fill out a form on our website, you agree to give us accurate information. You also agree that DadPool may contact you by email, phone call or text message about your request, your rental and related offers.

Text messages: Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

Email: You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link at the bottom of any email.

Opting out of marketing messages won’t stop messages we need to send about an active rental, such as scheduling and maintenance updates.

6. Our Content

The DadPool name, logo, text, photos, graphics and other content on this website belong to DadPool or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use them without our written permission.

7. Third-Party Links and Services

Our website may link to, or use, third-party sites and services, such as payment processors, scheduling tools and social media. These sites have their own terms and privacy policies. We have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these sites.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute about these terms or this website will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
